P Gardham Ltd is a family business based in East Yorkshire we have been on the same site for over 50 years. The business was established over 50 years ago by Mr Peter Gardham our present managing director’s grandfather.

Peter started his working life as a apprentice joiner working on local housing projects from there P Gardham was established starting with construction of timber framed buildings and joinery work. Peter’s two sons Dennis and Alan both followed in the footsteps of their father joining to company from an early age. With both Alan and Dennis onboard the business soon developed and moved on to the steel framed structures we are now erecting today.

Dennis and Alan have been heavily involved with the growth of the business for over the past 50 years. Both of which had many years experienced with the design, planning and erecting agricultural buildings. Both brothers were able to work on site with their staff and prided themselves in the fact that they wouldn’t ask a member of staff to complete work that he isn’t happy to do or be involved with themselves. This hands-on approach to the business ensures that the high standards expected were met with each and every build or repair.

Alan’s son Steven took over the reins of the company and is the driving force of today which he has inherited his work ethic and drive for the business succession for the future.
