All of our agricultural buildings are tailored to your individual specifications. These can be site specific grain stores, potato stores, box store, livestock sheds, general purpose sheds, straw barns, and workshops.
Industrial Buildings
Industrial specified buildings, built within a specification to which commercial businesses can trade out of.
Ground Works & Foundations
Whether it be to level off a potential site for the build to begin or the final touches on completion of the project this can include the excavation of excess soil to the pouring of the external concrete.
Concrete Panelling
Prestressed, precast concrete wall panels to suit a wide variety of applications these can be used in all types of buildings.

P Gardham Ltd Based in Barmby Moor Near Pocklington are looking for a Full Time Experienced Site Operative.
In this role, you will be working with a team responsible for the erection and cladding of steel framed buildings including ground works. You will be working in the surrounding area with good rates of pay.
Essential Attributes
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Experience using teleporters /Cherry pickers
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work with in a team on site.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to work safely and efficiently on busy construction site.
- Good time keeping is essential
- Be able to provide a positive references
Desirable attributes
- IPAF Card
- Telescopic handler ticket
- Slinger and signaller ticket
- CSCS card site operative or above
- Welding and fabrication experience
The position would be Monday – Friday (7am -5pm) with the occasional Saturdays working.
